Which means we listen to your vision for your wedding day and ask thoughtful questions—then translate that into designs that capture your vibe as a couple. (Not to mention enchant your guests.)

We’re here to spin your story in printed form, layering exquisite paper stock, texture-driven printing methods, and luxe finishings like ribbons or hand-illustrated envelope liners.

How Our Process Unfolds

Consultation
Our signature design process always starts with a consultation. It’s your chance to share your wedding-day vision and talk about the guest experience you want to create.

Proposal & Booking
After we’ve learned about your vision, we’ll put together a custom proposal for you. We’ll give you options for printing methods, finishings, and other details based on our initial conversation. As soon as you approve your proposal and pay a 25% retainer, you’re a Leighwood couple.

Our Signature Design Process
Design starts 5 to 7 months before your wedding date. Dreaming of unique shapes, novel textures, or unexpected flourishes? We’re here for it. We’ll get as creative as you want.
Our process is as collaborative as you want it to be. If you already have a vision, we’ll help you execute it. If all you’ve got right now is a vibe, we promise we’ll translate that into thoughtful, detailed designs.

Production & Assembly
We’re obsessed with print quality, which is why we’re highly selective about our production partners. Once we have your suites back in the studio, we’ll do thorough quality checks and semi-assembly.

Delivery
At least one week before your suggested mailing date, you’ll receive your invitation suites, pre-assembled and ready to go. All you’ll have to do is attach postage, seal & send. You’ll also receive extra suites: one for detail photography and flatlays, and one for you to save as a keepsake.

Celebration!
Your guests are blowing up your phone, telling you how obsessed they are with the invitations. Just keep track of who’s a ‘yes, count me in’ so we can design day-of paper to match (think escort cards, menus, programs…and anything else you can dream up).

On average, couples who work with us on custom paper spend $4,000 for invitations and an additional $2,000 on day-of items for a wedding with 125 guests (which translates to 100 invitations).
